Fresh Air / Clean Air Systems
The fresh air / clear air geothermal system on this environmentally friendly home offers high performance with three filters. The system draws fresh air in from the outdoors and pumps stale air back outside, creating a clean, healthy environment.

Fresh Air From The Outside
The heat recovery ventilator takes the fresh air from the outside, brings it into the system, warms it and sends it into the house. It takes the stale air on the return side and runs it back through the system and out of the house so you are always getting clean or fresh air into the home. It's heated before it goes in, but it's fresh. It's not the same air that gets circulated throughout the house all time.

In this eco-friendly house, each room has its own forced hot air heat and return line so that each room is getting clean air all the time.
