The Mountain Vacation Home - Carroll, NHThe 5,200 square foot vacation home situated in Carroll, New Hampshire along route 302 in the majestic Mount Washington valley is a gem in the northland.The home is a post and beam hybrid featuring six bedrooms, three and a half baths, and entertainment room, lounge, great room, and an open concept plan. The home was designed and built by Mancusi Builders in 2002 using extreme precision. The basement features radiant heating while the main level features a quiet hydro air system. No air conditioner is required during the summer as the house was designed to vent and cool itself without the aid of active systems. 
The main glass area faces south for proper solar gain during winter months and is treated to reduce solar gain during summer. The New England Cape - Hampstead, NHThis classic cape situated in the quiet town of Hampstead, New Hampshire nestles into its site brining out the old New England charm. The home is a three bedroom and two bath dwelling with a full and finished walk out basement. It also has an office and separate two level garage with a large concrete driveway.Behind the house sits a large deck that wraps around with access from the kitchen and dining area for meals or relaxation during the warm summer months.
