"Thank you for a beautiful home!" - A Graves

The Graves Residence is an entire remodel and expansion project for a young couple in Nashua, NH. The home exisiting is a 1970's split-level where the couple hopes to grow their family. Mancusi Builders, LLC has phased the project out to not only meet the couples financial needs, but the needs of a growing family - first redeveloping the main level, followed by the lower level, and finally the expansion of the entry space, bedrooms, and living area. The home is currently under construction with the first phase recently completed and all phases estimated to be completed by 2016.
