About Norman Mancusi, ​Master CGP  | Founder | Partner

With over 40 years of experience, Norman Mancusi is one of the leading builders in the New England area.  Norman founded Mancusi Builders in 1984 as a framing company - Framing Specialists - with roughly 20 employees working in NH and MA with a quality unmatched.  In 2003 Norman reduced the size of Mancusi Builders, LLC to focus on general contracting and began pursuing sustainable/green building practices.  Norman was educated as a carpenter from Whittier Vocational School in 1974 and has continued to expand his knowledge of the trades becoming a BPI Energy Auditor in 2010 and a Master Certified Green Professional in 2012 by the NAHB.  Norman formerly sat as a Member at Large on the Steering Committee for Build Green NH and is a leading voice in the New England area on sustainable building practices and building technology.  Norman orchestrates all of Mancusi Builders, LLC’s construction projects large and small, always finding innovative ways to make construction more sustainable and effective.



About Nick Mancusi, AIA​ | Partner

Nick Mancusi, a licensed architect, received his B.A.S. and M.Arch. from Taliesin, the Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture with noted work as Assistant Project Manager for the internationally award winning Taliesin Mod.Fab and exhibits in both the Guggenheim Museum NYC and Red Squared Gallery.  Upon Graduating from Taliesin Nick moved from siting on the National Board of the American Institute of Architecture Students as Director, West Quadrant to President and Chairman of the International non-profit student organization.  Nick also served on the National Board of Directors for the American Institute of Architects, as well as various other organizations and committees within the international, national, and local architectural communities.  Nick acts as the Chief Executive Officer for Mancusi Builders, LLC overseeing operations, finances, and marketing.  Nick also acts as principal designer rounding off the design/build experience Mancusi Builders, LLC prides itself with.
